Seasoned Diving Operations Leader Returns to Phoenix International
Phoenix International Holdings, Inc. has appointed Travis Richardson as the new Hawai’i Area Manager, marking his return to the company after a five-year hiatus.
Richardson previously served at Phoenix from 2014 to 2019, where he directed commercial diving operations and managed high-profile underwater ship repair projects.
