Sanmar Shipyards Delivers Latest RAmparts 2400SX-MKII Tug to SAAM Towage
Sanmar Shipyards has handed over the SAAM HUNABKU, the 16th vessel constructed for SAAM Towage, reinforcing its long-standing partnership with the global towage operator.
The newly delivered tug is the latest addition to the Bogaçay Class, built to the RAmparts 2400SX-MKII design. This proven platform delivers optimal bollard pull, maneuverability, and operational efficiency, meeting the demanding requirements of modern harbor and terminal operations.
With this delivery, SAAM Towage now operates 16 Sanmar-built vessels, further strengthening its fleet capabilities across key maritime hubs. The SAAM HUNABKU will enhance the company’s service portfolio, supporting safe and reliable towage in high-traffic ports.
