Vessel Divestments and Acquisitions
The company has finalized agreements to divest four platform supply vessels (PSVs), streamlining its offshore support segment. Concurrently, DOF has secured the acquisition of two construction support vessels (CSVs) currently under construction, reinforcing its capabilities in subsea and offshore construction operations.
Insurance Declaration on AHTS Vessel
In a separate development, DOF has declared the anchor handling tug supply (AHTS) vessel Skandi Amazonas a constructive total loss. The decision follows a comprehensive assessment of the vessel’s condition and operational viability, ensuring compliance with insurance protocols and financial prudence.
