HaiSea Marine has finalized contracts for the construction of three specialized tugboats to bolster its operational capacity on British Columbia’s North Coast. The procurement includes one high-performance escort tug and two terminal tugs, reinforcing the company’s commitment to safe and efficient maritime support services.
Escort Tug Contract Awarded to Sanmar Shipyards
Sanmar Shipyards, based in Türkiye, has been selected to deliver the new escort tug. Designed for enhanced maneuverability and robust towing capabilities, the vessel will play a critical role in escorting large commercial ships through challenging coastal waters. The contract underscores HaiSea Marine’s focus on deploying state-of-the-art assets tailored to the region’s demanding operational requirements.
Terminal Tugs to Enhance Port Operations
