Russian Forces Target Multiple Vessels and Port Infrastructure in Ukrainian Black Sea Ports

Russian Strikes Hit Cargo Ships and Tanker in Ukrainian Ports

The Russian Ministry of Defence announced on Tuesday that its military forces conducted strikes on five vessels and port infrastructure in key Ukrainian Black Sea ports.

According to the ministry, three cargo vessels transporting military supplies for Ukrainian forces were targeted at the port of Pivdennyi, along with a tanker. Additionally, a separate cargo vessel was struck in the nearby port of Odesa, where port infrastructure also sustained damage.

The attacks underscore the escalating maritime tensions in the region, with implications for commercial shipping and military logistics. Seafarers operating in or near the Black Sea are advised to maintain heightened situational awareness and adhere to updated navigational warnings.

Further developments are expected as the situation evolves.
